TIPS FOR LIFE:
* Take a 10-30 minutes walk daily.
* Sit in silence for atleast 10 minutes.
* Go to bed earlier and get more sleep.
* Spend time with people over the age of 70 and under the age of 6.
* Make complex decisions after a nice sleep.
* Try to make atleast 3 people smile each day.
* Don't compare your life to others.
* Forgive everyone for everything...
